I optimized the operational workflows using Marketo to improve conversion at each stage of the funnel. This included establishing a scalable lead scoring system to allow for a better understanding of user data. Additionally, I worked with cross-functional partners to revitalize marketing processes in various marketing automation tools including Salesforce, Adobe Dynamic Chat, DemandBase, Mode and other third-party tools.
January 2022 – September 2022
I developed and executed dozens of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Designed and built nurture programs for B2C and B2B prospects and customers. With the Marketo optimizations I implemented I was able to increase important email KPI’s with a subsequent 5%-10% rise in CTOR & OR. Additionally, I built and managed the NoiseAware affiliate program.
December 2020 – December 2021
As part of the Lifecycle Marketing team my goal was to help our subsidiary marketing teams optimize the tools they are using. This included building email reports and setting quarterly and yearly goals for each marketing team. Every quarter I built and provided an overview of prior performance and provided a roadmap for improvements. Additionally, I worked to launch to launch 2-3 new Marketo implementations per year.
March 2018 – July 2020
Built event practice from scratch, including acquiring materials and shipping processes, event strategy and KPI tracking, integration with Marketo and follow-up communications and reporting. Became key front-line marketing resource for planning, developing, and implementing marketing automation, social media marketing, content promotion, lead acquisition and lifecycle marketing efforts.
August 2016 – March 2018
Managed all aspects of the marketing department for Prelaunch Labs including brand marketing, product marketing, and online product reviews. Oversaw all customer interactions for the Brandleap SaaS service. Traveled across the country giving demonstrations with our channel partners.
Prelaunch Evangelist & Product Reviews Manager
Managed their nationwide product marketing tool, where experts in their field host events and discussions about new products coming to market. Rebuilt their online product reviews program to include the review and a quantitative consumer research study in one package. Additionally, I helped the brand uncover product issues as the product entered the pre-production stage.
